From our apartments in Badia it's possible to directly access an endless number of outdoor activities without having to use the car at all. The tranquillity, the peace and the marvellous nature make Alta Badia the ideal holiday place for your stay in the mountains. An endless number of paths for all tastes and levels of difficulty depart directly from the village: from trails which take you to various Ladin farms and their traditions and legends, to walks to the green flowered meadows of Armentara. Here you'll discover new and fascinating walks every day in the two natural parks which border with the village: The Puez-Geisler and the Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature parks, two natural jewels and part of UNESCO's World Natural Heritage sites.

The Santa Croce chairlift will take you without any effort to La Crusc, one of the most beautiful panoramic viewpoints in Val Badia, or on the other side, in La Villa the Gardenacia chair lift facilitates your ascent to the Gardenacia hut, where you can try various Ladin dishes whilst enjoying the spectacle that is the Dolomites.

And cyclists won't miss out either. From mountain biking, to racing, to downhill and motorcycling, Val Badia has plenty to offer for all of these activities with its high alpine plateaus and its twists and turns which take you to mythical Dolomite passes. The famous Maratona dles Dolomites is the main event in summer.
